Oregon State University has adopted ServiceNow as our enterprise support request system. If you have questions about or run into issues with Canvas, any Canvas tool or integration e.g., Poll Everywhere, Top Hat, Gradescope, Perusall etc., Canvas Catalog, or Bridge, you can contact the OSU Learning Platform Services (LPS) team by using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the ServiceNow "I Need Something" Request Form and log in with your OSU ONID credentials*
  2. Complete the form.
    • Be sure to select Academic Technologies in the IT Group dropdown list in the form
    • Type For the OSU Learning Platform Services (LPS) team (or similar) in your description to make sure your request gets routed to the OSU LPS team more quickly.
