The university has adopted ServiceNow as the new institutional ticketing system. If you have questions about or run into issues with Canvas, any Canvas tool or integration e.g., Top Hat, Gradescope, Perusall etc., Canvas Catalog, or Bridge, you can contact the OSU Learning Platform Services (LPS) team through the new system by using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the ServiceNow "I Need Something" Request Form and log in with your OSU ONID credentials*
  2. Complete the form.
    • Be sure to select Academic Technologies in the IT Group dropdown list in the form
    • Type For the OSU Learning Platform Services (LPS) team (or similar) in your description to make sure your request gets routed to the OSU LPS team more quickly.

*For folks who don’t have OSU ONID credentials, please call the OSU Service Desk at 541-737-8787 and ask them to create a ticket for the Academic Technologies LPS team on your behalf.
