In the event that campus-based teaching activities are disrupted, your instructors will post announcements and communications in a Canvas course site, and will adapt classroom and hybrid courses so that teaching and learning can take place remotely using OSU-supported online technologies. We have gathered several resources and technical support options so you can adapt and be ready for changes.

Using Canvas and Zoom
Tech setup for remote learning

If campus is closed or if you are not able to come to class, you’ll need a computer and an Internet connection to use Canvas. You can also download the Canvas mobile app to access Canvas via a smartphone or tablet. Students who do not have a computer should contact the OSU Service Desk (see below).

Technical support resources

Students can reach 24/7 Canvas Support by clicking Help in the main Canvas menu (lower left side of screen). There are three options to choose from:
